I believe his name may have been mentioned in passing, but I cannot recall if we have ever met.

I got a memory of him. But it was from when Kira was younger, maybe a little after when she and Holga and I all started doing crime together.

Then it seems likely that he was of your cohort, though he was not present for the memories I recall of yourself and the other members of your party.

He was your friend, it is natural that you would like him. And considering your own past crimes, a con artist seems fitting.
